"I had a problem with my skylight leaking during a driving rain. It was a hard leak to find and fix, and I couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it unless it was actually raining hard. Ben came over and took a look and determined that he or someone would have to come back and that it would take a while. He came back just a couple of days ago and brought the tools and supplies he needed to do the repair. He also came with other good news: it would cost less than he first thought. It was easy to put our trust in Ben because of his positive personality and all the wonderful things he had to say about the team he works with at Albert Lea Roofing office. Which by chance I had the opportunity to speak with. Tasha was very positive as well and made it painless as she could when it came time to settle. What a great experience. "Albert Lea Roofing did our house and two story garage and they were AMAZING!!! It was an insurance claim. Ben was excellent! From giving us an estimate to ALWAYS being there for us with any questions we had throughout the whole process, start to finish. He was so knowledgeable and was straight up with us on everything! He even went to bat for us with the insurance company! Then the crew that came out to do the work. They did an excellent job start to finish!! Dante and Zach were awesome!! Kept in contact always!! Any questions we had they answered and were so polite and nice! Everyone was sooo amazing!! We had them shingle our little shed and want them to do our single garage. We would totally recommend this company 100%!!!!!!!!!!! They care and will be there for you throughout the whole process! Thank you so very much!
