Marcus Eytcheson

Marcus has spent most of his life in the construction industry, gaining experience on various crews, working in sales for different contractors, and eventually creating Local Roofing. He is now focused on training, supporting, and managing the team here. Outside of roofing, Marcus has a strong passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. He is married to his wife, Alisa, and together they have three young children: Edwin, Esme, and Elon.

Jessica Lemperes

Meet Jess, our dedicated integrator! She has been with Local Roofing since day one and plays a vital role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jess handles all the essential tasks that keep our operations efficient and organized. When she’s not working hard to support the team, she enjoys spending time with her children and exploring new places through travel. Her commitment and passion are truly the backbone of our success.

Zach Johnston

Zach, the Operations Manager at Local Roofing, oversees projects, coordinates deliveries, and ensures a smooth roofing schedule. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

Sales Manager

Jose Lopez

José Lopez is the Sales Manager for Local Roofing, overseeing the Sales Teams at Fairmont Roofing, Albert Lea Roofing, and Hayward Roofing. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he is passionate about empowering his team with the knowledge to help customers make informed decisions on roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.

Outside of work, José is actively involved in his community, coaching youth sports and promoting healthier choices for young people. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Melinda, and their children, participating in family activities and outdoor adventures. José holds a BA in Community Psychology and Health Promotions from SMSU, and brings extensive experience in Sales Management and Customer Service.

Ben Janike

I've been involved in the roofing industry since 2001, initially taking on roofing jobs to help fund my education. In 2012, I opened my own gym, but when the pandemic hit and forced closures, I turned back to roofing and began focusing on sales in 2020. My wife and I have four boys and live just south of Waseca. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching my boys in sports like wrestling and football. During the summer, our family spends as much time as possible mountain biking, fishing, and camping on the trails.

Todd Earl

I was raised in southern Minnesota and have dedicated over 30 years to serving in law enforcement, following my time at the University of Wisconsin – Stout and Mankato State University. The majority of my career, 27 years, was spent with the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, where I retired as the Chief Deputy on June 2nd of this year. My roles ranged from patrol and K-9 deputy to civil process deputy, with my final 8 1/2 years as chief deputy.

My wife, Heather, and I are proud parents of three wonderful kids: Brendan, Payton, and our daughter, Jordyn. We enjoy boating, fishing, camping, kayaking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

I joined the Local Roofing team this spring and have already learned a great deal. It’s a big change from my previous work, but it’s been a refreshing and rewarding experience.

My wife and I got married in June and moved to Wells in August 2023. This February we welcomed a new addition to our family, Leo! In my free time, I love to spend time with family & friends, golf, and play basketball. I have been roofing for 6 years and am excited to be apart of Albert Lea Roofing !

Hi, I'm Dawn! My husband and I live in the Fairmont area, where we've raised our three daughters and are now love to spoil our grandkids. Family is everything to us. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying family moments, thrifting, dancing, and singing along to loud music on my drive to work to kickstart my day... and of course, spending time with my roofing family!

Hello, I’m Tasha Kester! My husband, Casey, and I live in Fairmont with our 4 kids and 2 silver labs. I’m excited to get to know each of you!

In my free time, I enjoy boating, golfing, traveling, listening to music, watching our kids play sports, and cooking.

Annie Post

Annie is the Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager for Fairmont Roofing. Originally from the Twin Cities area, Annie has called Martin County home for the past 10 years. She and her husband were married in 2018 and celebrated the arrival of their twins in February 2024. Outside of spending time with her family and staying active on social media, Annie is passionate about coaching gymnastics and can often be found in the gym, working with her athletes.
